Slightly mouth-puckering on opening, this seems fresh and refreshing, a great summer quaffer, light on its feet, but nicely persistent. As it warms, it becomes rather tasty as well. This is pretty nice. As I tend to say with wines like this, drink it as young and fresh as possible for best results, as it may not hold so long at peak, however long it theoretically holds. Made with Avesso, Alvarinho and Arinto. Good balance between the three grape varieties with a fine and delicate fruit. Very good in the palate, round and fine-tuned, it allows for a good tasting and a prolonged finish. Well suited for the table with delicate fish dishes.

Very crisp, fresh green apple and citrus flavors wake up your nose and palate thanks to the Arinto and Alvarinho grapes grown close to the Douro River deep in Vinho Verde country. Light, lively and refreshing as a spring day
Sushi. It’s everywhere nowadays. In the food courts, grocery stores and mall kiosks. So you don’t have an excuse not to grab a container or two for dinner (one is never enough for a proper meal). Take it home, plate it up and enjoy each nori-bundled bite with this tight Alvarino blend from Portugal. Bracingly dry and racy, this wash of licksmacking lime scored with grapefruit, lemon oil, white flowers and chalk instantly upscales any nigiri, maki or sashimi you care to pinch and pop in your mouth. Nutritious, delicious and light. Easy first choice.

Pale straw in colour, this lively wine is extraordinarily soft for an Alvarinho. Good fruit is evident, with crisp green apple and yellow plum rounding out with lemon and floral notes. It's fresh and effervescent on the palate, with a lip-smacking finish.

Notes of fresh apricot and plum, soft flowers, relatively short but elegant. The palate is creamy, has moderate body, fluid and fresh. The delicate structura reveals some saffron and adds to the charm.

Aroma with some depth. With green berries, a bit of tropical and a little smoked. The palate is well worked, com high acidity, medium body, finishing dry and cool.
Revista de Vinhos, June 2014
Quite open in color, vivid in aroma, mineral flavours, notes of lime and vegetal touch. Well achieved. It has structure, tasty with a sweetest sensation contributing in a pleasant way. It results well and reveals a very consensual profile.
Crystalline, intense citrine color. Aroma Tropical notes, guava, mango and mature banana, floral and discrete. Taste Balanced, fresh, pleasant body, fruity, ends long and harmonious.
Wine Passion Magazine - Issue 58, 2009
A blend of Avesso, Alvarinho and Arinto, fresher and more linear than the previous blend, with ripe fruit salad, sour greengage hints (good) and talc on a clean, quite long finish.
